Senior Director, Consulting Services
Debbie Sanger is a Senior Director at Grandview Analytics, where she leads programs and projects that modernize systems, streamline processes, and guide cross‑functional teams through high‑impact transformation. With over 20 years of experience across financial services and technology, she brings a unique blend of internal and external perspectives having served as a product controller, business analyst, and program manager within a global investment management organization, as well as a consultant who leverages that experience to help clients work smarter and operate more effectively. Debbie is known by her colleagues for stabilizing struggling programs, improving adoption of new tools, and strengthening operating models.
Debbie spent the last eight years in consulting, leading major initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across asset management, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and IT services. Her work includes launching AI‑enabled applications, driving change management to support adoption of new technology, optimizing month‑end close cycles, and implementing regulatory change programs. Prior to consulting, Debbie spent 16 years at UBS O’Connor across program management, business analysis, product control, and financial reporting, where she supported both a $6B hedge fund platform and broader divisional initiatives. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche in assurance and advisory services for major financial institutions and multinational organizations.
Debbie graduated from the Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in Strategy and Finance and from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she earned degrees in accounting and psychology as well as a CPA. Outside of work, Debbie focuses on family and friends and loves to travel. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and 3 kids.
