Brett Haymaker is a Senior Software Engineer at Grandview Analytics, focused on front-end UI/UX development. With 10 years of technology experience, Brett  is passionate about engineering digital experiences that are user-centric, performant, and visually inspiring. He has built numerous applications for highly specialized users.

Most recently at Bank of America Securities, Brett focused on the integrated trader desktop platform from both UX and DevEx perspectives, leveraging desktop management platforms like OpenFin, and the open-source FINOS-incubated FDC3 project to power desktop interoperability for institutional traders. Brett also led the tokenization of design system assets and their transformation into consumable outputs to bridge the gap between design and development workflows. Before Bank of America, Brett worked on the central UI Platform team at Northern Trust, where he focused on developer experience and software enablement through micro-frontend architectures.

Brett is UX Certified (UXC) with a focus in UX Management from the Nielsen Norman Group, an active member of The Interaction Design Foundation, an IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and a contributor to the FinTech Open Source Foundation (FINOS) FDC3 interop standards.
