Partner, Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Klug is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Grandview Analytics, where he leads firmwide operations and execution, with a focus on scaling the organization and strengthening delivery. He works closely with leadership to align strategy, operations, and talent to support continued growth.
Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience across consulting and technology-enabled services. He has led enterprise transformations, designed operating models, and built high-performing teams within growth organizations. Prior to joining Grandview, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer at Beghou Consulting, where he oversaw firmwide strategy, operations, and talent across a global delivery model. He also played a key leadership role at West Monroe, where he helped scale the firm’s largest practice through organic growth and acquisitions. He began his career in client service roles, working with organizations to innovate and commercialize proprietary technologies.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Emory University, where he was a varsity swimming team captain and NCAA All-American. He lives in Wilmette, Illinois with his family and can usually be found supporting his kids’ activities, in the pool, or exploring Chicago’s record stores and live music scene.
